The lady at the front desk was outstandingly pleasant and helpful. I asked for a top floor room with a view and she did not disappoint. The gentleman that was there the next morning was equally pleasant to deal with. A great room for the price. I will definitely stay there again!

Tried to check in last Monday, first I was given a room key to a room that already had someone's luggage in it. Was grateful no one was in the room, went down to the front desk and informed them of the error while laughing about it. Then, I was upgraded to a suite, without mention of the up-charge that came with it. I had reservations beforehand. Immediately after getting to the new room, my boyfriend found two very large bed bugs in the bathroom. He scooped them up, put them in a cup of water as proof, and we went back down to the lobby to get a refund. The man behind the desk obliged after checking out the bugs and looking up pictures to compare/confirm.

Booked based on the reviews, not at all when we got there. Sketchy area of town (but is very close yo convention center), room was "non-smoking" but stunk. Walls had stuff on them, stains on the sheets and towels. Window had no lock and just opened with no screen either on the second floor. TV had 4 local channels only. 1 ice machine that didn't work. Beds say 2 double, but they are each the size of a twin xl. You could sleep 2 smaller kids per bed but not 2 adults per bed. You can hear everything through the walls and ceiling, including what may of been road work or gun shots all night like.

Good location right off the highway with lots of restaurant options. Breakfast had a a few options. My room was spacious, king bed was nice and comfortable with 4 pillows. Plenty of counter space and 3 mirrors in the room. Nice sized tv. Ice machine nearby, coffee in the lobby. Only real gripe is the lobby and breakfast area could be cleaner. Good value overall.

I’ve stayed in well over 1,000 hotels in my lifetime as my profession requires me to travel all over the lower 48. I’ve got to say, this has got to be the trashiest most ran down hotel I have ever stayed in. Bathroom was absolutely filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, sheets were dirty and stained with burn holes in a no smoking room.But I think the worst part would be the women at the front desk telling me to park somewhere that would have got me towed. Told her I don’t think that’s a good idea and I think I would get towed and she reassured me it would be fine. Thankfully a cop pulled someone over down the road so I went to ask and he told me I’d definitely be towed so thankfully I asked cause god knows the hotel wouldn’t have fixed their mistake.

Entire building and room was old. If there had been renovations done, they weren't apparent. Linens had holes in them from smokers, and this was a non-smoking room. The elevator was frightening and is certainly in need of massive repairs. Of the two elevators, I'm not entirely certain that both function. I never saw the other one open or people enter/exit it, nor did I ever hear the motors in it wind up as if it were going to do anything. Parking was abysmal...they have not enough parking for the number of rooms. One whole spot was taken up by someone replacing the gas tank on their car...and the parts were in another parking spot. That's ridiculous, if you ask me. The smoke detector in the "common" area of my room needed a new battery and chirped until I took it off the wall to remove the battery--fun night's sleep there. All in all, this location needs a MAJOR overhaul from corporate. Just repainting the room and the building does nothing to fix this issues that this entire location is dilapidated.

Do not stay here. It’s loud, dirty, smoked in, not clean. The online pictures are all false. They’re just EconoLodge stock photos. They reused an old key card envelope by scratching out the old room number and writing mine. The vending machines are broken and not stocked. I want to give this place a 0/5. It’s a traumatizing place, especially for kids.Rooms: Dirt everywhere. Furniture needs to be burned and replaced. Everything needs a shampooSafety: The elevator is not safe, the fire escapes are disgusting and the outside fire escape doors to the street don’t lock, so anyone could walk in off the street.Noteworthy details: They use old shopping carts as laundry carts. They have no additional bedding.

I was really impressed how nice the room was for the price I paid. It wasn't anything fancy but it was very clean and cozy! It was quite there too which was a plus! I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

Currently spending two nights here. Nice, large room. Customer service is excellent. Jacuzzi in room is definitely a bonus. Hallway does smell like marijuana but room doesn't. Love that we have a private balcony! Will stay here again. Great value for the money.
