Lynn went above and beyond. Their machine stopped in the middle of my order. She was kind and respectful and made it right. I haven’t had such great costumer services in a long time. They are blessed to have you as an employee.

The store seemed clean, the aisles were wide, signs pointed to where I could find merchandise. The clerk was friendly and efficient. I am from out of state and was easily able to use my extra bucks and coupons at this location.

I’ve been going to this location for over a year now. They auto refill your prescriptions and don’t notify you. They process everything through insurance before you get your meds. After a few days they put the prescription back on the shelves if you haven’t picked it up. Just had this happen. They auto filled a prescription. Didn’t notify me. I obviously didn’t pick it up. They put it back on the shelves. Now I have no meds and can’t pick it up cuz they’ve already used my insurance to pay for them. Now I have to call my dr but even if I do insurance won’t cover it.I decided to switch to Walgreens but CVS isn’t sending my prescriptions over. They say they’ve tried several times but Walgreens isn’t having this problem with anyone else. Almost 3 weeks later and it’s still not done. I will never go back to another CVS as long as I live

Bought protein drinks on January 2nd,2023. that was expired in 2020 on the bottle, there are no experaodates on the outside of the box that I bought. At all.

Pre-paid for meds Three Days in advance, They were still working on filling them when I came to the store 3 days later. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to literally just tell me that I had to wait another 20 minutes.. I know how CVS operations work. This is not to code.

This pharmacy is awful. I live 40 minutes away (this is my closet option, insurance makes us use cvs) I would drive there when I got the alert that a medication was ready, only to be told it isn't ready and that I'd have to come back or wait an hour. If I have any questions it seems like no one knows how to access parts of the system, my account got so messed up that they somehow split me into 2 accounts and I can't even access either of them.

Was told I had to wait 20 mins for my items needed. No big deal I went home and came back three hours later and then was told had to wait 30 mins. I will be changing my pharmacy.

Beautiful store. But, the pharmacy is horrible. Made appointment on Sat. for flu shot on Sun. They confirmed, we confirmed and did all the pre-vaccine paperwork so we could get in and out. Showed up early as requested, they had no record of our appt. I showed them their message on my phone. Then they couldn't get the insurance to go through. Come to find out after all that they had spelled our name wrong. Duh! While we were dealing with all this in store at the counter we got a text that they had cancelled our appt. Did finally get the shot 15 minutes after our appt. time. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Employees picking up phone and hanging it up, taking it off off hook. Waited for prescription for 5 days till I went in and they told me they couldn't get It. They used to be very helpful I will definitely be switching to a different cvs
