Before I would have easily suggested that this place be given negative stars. Un trustworthy manager very sketchy always had excuses as why he couldn’t give u a receipt. Lied about everything you should never have to wait months after months to receive your plates after purchasing a car and paying tax title and license fees. And then be charged late fees on payments that was made but u wasn’t given receipt and do not show in computer and your left to find out your car is up for repossession. I’m still responsible for repaying this all and getting my car current cause I had no proof that payments was made. Was lied to and told additional payments was takin care of for all the trouble with my plates. Only to find out they wasn’t. But however Stephanie has been easy to work with and I’ve always gotten a receipt and is quick to answer any questions or help with what she can due to there shady past management. She’s had a lot of cleaning up to do from past manager. But still able to stay professional with upset customers and help them with what she could. For now I give three stars but I’m sure as time goes on I can easily see me giving them 5 stars. Still just a little to upset to give 5. But defenitly feel better about this carlot now.

I've been with this company for 5 years now. I'm on my 4th vehicle with them. Their honest about the vehicle and meet your needs when looking into something. If they don't have it then Stephanie will do her best and look for something to accommodate you and your needs! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The payments are very affordable too! Stop in today if your in the market for a new ride!

Best place I have ever got a car from. They work with you if you can't make the full payment they even help you out if you lock your keys in your car to help save you money. Will definitely suggest this place to all my friends and family the new management is kind and friendly and helpful

That's kind of funny that Steve and Brett knew where the truck was the whole time and Steve had a way to get ahold of them it is all on recording that the truck wasn't under repo cuz til this day it is still in her name and also there was messages between my friend and stephanie that a payment had to be made every 30 days she didn't say how much something had to be paid. And u guys r going to court on everything and she has proof on everything and she screen shot everything. So do whatever u want and no I am not a customer and don't want be. And no repo papers were sent and she also call dubuque and nothing so nice try of lying

Due to the new management of the place they have made some great changes to the place! New inventory, great prices, low down payments. What else could you ask for? Stephanie is friendly and is willing to work with you. I 100% recommend going their if you are looking for a vehicle or even just a cruzing vehicle. They have lots of options. Some people just give them a bad rep from past management. They get 1000⭐️ from me.

Brett the best now it's a new lady that doesn't know what she is doing how do you go from oweing 4000 to 10000 if you don't know what I owe you can have your car back do not buy from crossroads auto sales I would not even go to the shop next door that all owned bye Steve knight already went over it with your manager and shows that you are missing records of payments

They scammed a young adult fresh out of high school for $1500 as a "deposit" without any written agreement. They use deceptive and pressuring tactics to force a down payment be given.

I went in to get work done on my vehicle and was quoted a price, sure fine whatever. Go in an the price is double as what they told me over the phone and they didn’t do anything other than what we talked about. Very disappointed and would leave a zero if possible, won’t be back.
