I have been with Cricket for at least 4 yrs. Just as good as any other carrier. Much cheaper than some. Sometimes, their store staff could be bit more on top of issues, but I really have not had a problem.

At first I didn't like cricket. Then I came back to cricket bc my last phone bill was to high. I like the Samsung galaxy a14 5g. It's really good to use. Sometimes I gotta go away from the bedroom to hear & talk to people

Thier app never works and if you have to go instore their employees are rude and terrible their reception sucks and there is no way to get other help go somewhere else

Matthew S. was fast, friendly and knowledgeable.
Now the bad part; while Matt was busy configuring my phone the district manager called and proceeded to harangue the poor kid for 3 minutes....3 minutes! I heard the whole thing, I won't go into the details, but I can tell you it was fairly innocuous. Matt is a consummate professional, he finished the call with a smile, apologized for inconveniencing me and finished up with my phone. The district manager could learn a thing or two from Matt.

I know other people pay $130. Would get a better phone I would think. I don't know? Where u others get phone in Waterloo, iowa? How much? What kind phone?I believe free phones and internet in home. Free water not all that. What others think?

As of May 21 2022. They lost a great manager who was very kind and knew what she was doing.Am sorry to see she's not there anymore. Phone and hotspot not the best in my area. Goes in and out.

Manager was 1st class friendly. She helped me fix my (user error) problems with my phone. I have been into A LOT of Cricket stores & her Customer Service blew ALL others out of the water. Unfortunately I dont live here & was proudly here to visit my daughter at college. But when I am in the area & need help, hopefully she is working because I don't want anybody else's help but hers. She actually knew what she was doing (& in my past experience in all other stores in the Des Moines area), they were clearly only there for a paycheck! I didn't get her name & only assuming she was/is the manager but she did have her daughter & 2mo old puppy in there with her. Sorry for the rambling but I only give credit where Credit Is due!! Thank YOU! (I was in the store on the evening of 8/25)

Cricket customer for almost 10 years, and have been living here for 5 years. Every single time I ever had to go to the store I've had issues. Either there is a long wait, or they had to leave to get change, or are just flat out closed when they're supposed to be open.

Most of the time my experience is good here but today I pull in behind the worker to the store remind you its after 10AM and the store is supposed to be open at 10. She goes inside locks the door behind her and by 10:40am she still hadn't unlocked the door or turned the light's on. So after waiting for pretty much a half hour I left not a very happy camper right now.....

Edward has helped my mom numerous times to figure her phone out. She is not a tech savvy kind of gal and he graciously helps her in the store or even on occasion she will call him for help. He never makes her feel bad for not knowing what to do. He backs up her phone and has even installed apps for her that she would like. When she leaves and thanks him he always tells her "My pleasure!" Thank you to Edward and the other staff for helping out my mom!
