DO NOT BUY USED CARS HERE…
Sold me a vehicle with a bad thermostat and covered it up with a cleared code.
Drove less than 300 miles and had to take vehicle to the shop with over $1,200 fix.
Sneaky with warranty information.
Tried to resolve issue with sales manager but he was no help.

Consider this a “better late than never” review, but a customer satisfaction survey from GMC reminded me that I have yet to give credit where it's due.
Last November, Ashley and the team at Community made my buying experience an absolute pleasure. The vehicle I purchased was in high demand nationwide, and nearly every other dealer I contacted was asking for outrageous markups—something that didn’t happen at Community. Fast forward about six months: I was driving through town on a road trip, and the service department not only squeezed me in but went out of their way to help me troubleshoot an accessory that they neither sold nor installed. I can't say enough about how well this dealership treated me!

Overall have had great service and experience but last oil change, a thin film of motor oil was left on the steering wheel of my truck that I had to clean. They were busy that day so who knows. All my other experiences have had no issues. Will continue service here and see how next time goes with cleanliness.

I was in their lot on Sunday and saw a 22 Ram truck. Looked it up on line and thought about buying it for a couple of days and finally decided to go and buy it today. The process was very easy from the moment I drove into the lot. I saw a man who looked like he was a salesman and asked if he was. He was. I told him what I was looking for and as I pulled into a parking spot he went and brought the truck around. I had pretty much already decided I was going to purchase it but wanted to take it for a test drive and look it over just to make sure there was nothing obvious wrong with it which I didn’t see anything. I got a very good deal for what accessories it had. The purchasing process went very quickly and smoothly and I only had to deal with 2 people which I really liked. I was asked if I wanted to purchase any of the extra items that come along with buying a new vehicle but was not pressured to get them. I asked them to put the spray in bed liner so I will pick it up next week after I get back. The people I dealt with and the company are top notch with me. If you’re looking for a vehicle check this dealership out, you won’t regret it. I am very happy with my purchase.

We had the pleasure of working with Mike Aiello in Waterloo. He was very thorough of answering all of our questions and very knowledgeable. We live 2 hours away, so when it came to the day of us coming to test drive a truck, he was very friendly upon meeting him and accommodating to all of our needs. I will be back again when it is time to look for another truck and would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle! Jan in finance was just as friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions. Both of them were a pleasure to work with!
