I purchased a membership online and received my confirmation QR email to show the attendant to get a car wash. He told me I wasn't in the system. It could take 24 hours and could buy a single wash. The email said nothing about waiting. I can order a pizza online and get it in less than an hour but I guess you cant get a car wash without givingthem more money. I left without a wash. They waisted my time and stole my money. If this is how you treat a new customer that you already took 42.80 from then I don't want your service. They were about to get 500 a year from me, now they are going to get nothing. Contacted customer service and they will not give refunds. Any place that has an F BBB rating should not be attended and will not last. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I use Tommy's now. Got in immediately.

Great deal for the monthly price, just would like the dryer at the end to blow water off all the windows my passenger side always has a lot of water left.

Hospitality off top. The drive through 4 My 1st time was a little scary, but came out clean, and the vacuum section was Awesome. Every genre of music ??? was playing. ??

Stopped by today drove 6 miles to get a wash at 11:40 am about 5 cars ahead of me about 5 behind worker came out said we are closing dint know why had everyone online back out told come back another day so wasted my gas and time even says on website open today until 8 pm ?

these types of carwashes have popped up all over the place recently. The concept is you pay a monthly fee for a level of wash from very basic to the works whenever you feel like it. I have a black car and am concerned that their spinners are not scratching, but sort of, making impressions in my clearcoat if that makes sense. Like I see in the sunlight what looks like marks from the spinners that you can’t see when a bright light is not on it. Anyway it is nice to be able to just swing by for a wash whenever I’m in the area but if you do not frequently wash your car, then it’s probably not worth it for you. I will say I do wash my car more because of it. It’s nice to have a clean car whenever I feel like it. one downside is it can get very busy and you either have to skip it or you’re gonna wait a while. Another downside is your vehicle will not get completely dried off by their blower. I always have to grab one of the microfiber cloths, which are free, and wipe down some things afterwards. Obviously you don’t have to do that if you don’t want to. they also have plenty of vacuum stations that you can swing into to vacuum your car out. Vacs are powerful and always available. I just took away one star because it is still a bit pricey.

I love the friendly service. They have absolutely everything you need to clean your car, and make it smell great. I think it's fun to go thru the wash. I just want to have another location near Cedar Falls. Usually steady or busy next to Menards. Those employees are wonderful at that location. Thanks for being there.?

I would not recommend going to a club car wash ever if I could have gave a zero for a review I would have. I went through the car wash with a vehicle that was fine before the wash and left the wash with a vehicle all scratched up . The club car wash claims department called me and said they have no reason to believe there equipment caused the damage and every lil excuse as to why they don’t believe it was there wash down to we don’t know how you dry your vehicle. Tried canceling my monthly subscription and they won’t return or prorate me back any of the money for my subscription. Horrible customer service and experience. This company is pretty shady when it comes to claims is what one employee said.

We love coming to club car wash! We live on a farm in bfe and our vehicles are always dirty and occasionally muddy and they always work to get our vehicle as cleaned up as possible before we run thru the wash. The GM, herself, even steps in the help prep vehicles when they need it. 10/10 recommend the waterloo location.
