It's Sunday morning a super huge shout out to Kye (I may have spelled her name wrong) but she works back in the kitchen. She made thee best breakfast pizza this morning..it was fresh and juicy, cheesey full of toppings and great slices. She was nice and professional. I hope they keep her cause she is exactly what that store needs. She got the gift of service and pizza making. I highly recommend getting in on her days and ordering you won't regret it.

Can’t say much about atmosphere due to my arrival time of 5:30 Sunday morning, except they have remodeled a bit since I last visited. Can’t really say much about anything except the new pizza chef…little backstory here-over the course of the last couple years i’ve noticed a serious decline in the Caseys company as a whole. It came to the point of no longer visiting the stores because every time there was a problem-We all know Road Ranger used to be pretty nice, but now they’re on a pogo stick to dying, Flying J, meh, then came Loves with their over priced Loves garbage, which leaves the awesomeness of KT with no parking or Caseys to choose from… Welcome to the Waterloo area!So today, i decided to give Caseys a try to see if this location could redeem the whole company for its Caseysness… pizza is the most popular, and by far the most economical of all the food in the area, so ya gotta do it right, right?Success!Dante the newest pizza chef has a serious passion for his work. He told me that when he sees something new that someone orders, he makes one for himself before he goes home to try… i feel this!!! I would do the exact same thing! heck, i’ve driven trucks all my life, and what do i do on time off? go see places i thought would be interesting no matter how far away they were from home.For Caseys - good hire hereFor Dante - you better post your schedule on the door so people know when to expect greatness… and keep making that crust like you do, because when i opened the box it jumped up and screamed “SHUT UP AND EAT ME!!!”Well Done, Bravo!

It's been a week since our last snow storm and the parking lot for trucks still hasn't been plowed. Fuel Islands covered in snow and no awnsers to why a billon dollar company cant afford a quality snow removal service!

Young girl behind counter was on her phone. Absolutely no acknowledgement that I even was in the store. When I went to purchase my fountain soda she kept talking on her phone. Woman's bathroom was out of toilet paper in both stalls. Thank goodness for hand towels. Beverage counter had dried spilled tea/ coffee on it. The garbage cans by the pumps was overflowiing. I will never stop here again in my travels.

Poorly trained. Got diesel and reefer fuel. Cashier did not know how to do it. She was finally told that she has to do it separately. The other caseys I go to does it on the same ticket. When she was setting up my reefer fuel ticket, I asked her "this is set up as reefer, not truck fuel right"? She assured me it was. When I got my ticket, where there is supposed to be a Y for Yes next to the reefer line, it said N for No. Please train them how to do reefer fuel and how to put it on the same ticket.

Great place to stop when we're in Cedar Falls, they have good food, clean bathrooms and learned today they do have a few showers if you need one.The food is pretty good for a gas station. Parking they have some on concrete but mostly in a dirt lot, which doesn't have huge holes so that's a plus!!Only downside is all the trash by the grass area. Which isn't Casey's fault at all its people's laziness. We understand that sometimes pallets are rejected but to throw them on the ground at a location that had nothing to do with it is absolutely ridiculous ?
