Stopped to get frozen drinks (advertised on the gas pumps), but they don't have the machine. The candy we ended up buying wasn't on sale, though there was a sign that it was on sale.... Further review showed that the sale ended 4/30... It's June 10th. Cashier didn't change the price to what was advertised, but I took the sign down.. probably won't go back.

The staff here are very nice for the most part, but they almost never have pizza. And when they do it’s usually expired by an hour or two. They also have stuff priced incorrectly on their shelf. Fifty cents isn’t a huge difference but it’s still annoying. Every time I come here I always end up regretting it. The one on ridgeway is so much better.

Ordered food online my friend is allergic to eggs and we ordered a bacon breakfast pizza with half no egg they gave us the pizza with eggs on the whole pizza I called to tell them what had happened and the kid who answered told me they can not give me a refund and they couldn’t remake my pizza they told me the best I could do is call corporate and see if they will give me a refund wouldn’t even allow me to talk to the manager to figure something out

Ordered from the Casey's website, Doordash delivery. Ordered full size bags of chips but got individual size, a difference of about $5/bag. I called Doordash and they offered to redeliver the correct items. Got a text message saying they were coming, then a second message saying the delivery was cancelled and to call the store for explanation. Called the store and the clerk said Doordash wants them to replace the whole order, and they "don't do that." Asked about a refund for the difference and clerk said manager would call the next day. No food, no money, still waiting for the call. Last time, they substituted several cheaper items and left some out. Still waiting for that manager call/refund, too.

Was my favorite location, especially for On! Nicotine pouches, but the past two times I got pouches they are definitely not fresh. You can tell when they've been sitting on the shelf a while as the new packets don't get spots on the pouches, don't have caked on Nicotine powder inside and have newer print on the back. New pouches/fresher pouches don't have moisture damage like the ones I've gotten the past few times. Although, yes you can technically still use them, they do not work as well, taste more stale and with moisture comes bacteria. The packaging is plastic which is porous so over time sitting in the wrong storage they WILL get moisture inside them and ruin the pouches. The pouches helped me quit smoking and this was the only location in town that I never had a problem getting fresh pouches from until the past 2 times I went. My partner had had the same issue the past 2 times. Hopefully employees will learn to FIFO the Nicotine pouches as they do spoil way faster than cigarettes which have a strong shelf life. Pouches don't if kept in humid environments due to moisture going through packaging. This was my favorite location, but lately it's gone down hill, and the pouches were just the "icing on the cake" to have me change my review. I'll continue to go here, but hopefully in the coming month it gets better. Once again, plastic is porous meaning moisture will get through in the wrong storage environment which can cause bacteria growth, which can lead to customers getting sick and eventually a lawsuit. Please take better precautions if you care about your customers.

Ordered a taco pizza online and when picked it up they were out of taco sauce. Why have it on the menu of you don't have all the ingredients? Additionally, the pizza barely had any nacho chips on it. It was covered in lattice so we had to add nacho chips. Very disappointing because they always had good pizza.

Seeing some of the reviews I was a bit worried, but it was over nothing. I got the same old Casey's pizza. When they said it would be ready it was, and they got me through the checkout despite a crowd and only two employees at the counter. Won't hesitate at all to order from this one again.

I work across the street from Casey's on San marnan in Waterloo and in the past 4 hours received 5 complaints about your employees for example customer wanted to buy 10 packs of cigs and got told no another example customer wanted to buy lotto tickets got told no I can keep going but you get the hint tried to call over there to inform someone but phone was off hook

Staff gossip about customers and are rude. These Casey's are unwelcoming and everyone I know says the same thing. Very mean and rude. Shorted me on lottery tickets Beware and check your transactions! Done with these Casey's for awhile. High turnover of the good workers. The manager is great. Please stop gossiping about customers and starting false, damaging rumors about customers. One customer that was gossiped about warranted the PD being called. The gas pumps don't work many times and staff won't help. Shameless!
