Giving one star as it’s the lowest option. This Casey’s is a joke. The employees are rude, always on their phones, cussing at customers, and are very clearly not properly trained. There’s never any hot food, and the store is dirty. There are always employees just standing around doing nothing on their phones and while there are long lines waiting to checkout. Horrible customer service. Horrible employees. Quite literally any other location is 10x better.

Aside from standing at the register for a minute while the kitchen person looked at me and didn’t let the cashier know anyone was waiting whoever that toothless homeless looking cashier is needs to work on her costumer service you can’t be ugly and rude choose one

This place is horrible. I’ve ordered from here 3 times since moving to Waterloo and the first 2 times they messed up my order as well as didn’t have it even started in the oven when I arrived at the time it said the pizzas would be ready. Then I order a pizza tonight and it’s completely destroyed in the box by my doordash driver and Caseys won’t do anything about it. I asked if I could just come get a new cheese pizza myself and they told me I have to figure it out tomorrow. Worst Caseys I’ve been to in my life.

Team was helpful in finding a lost receipt, got me in touch with Sara in corporate and had my receipt in minutes. Awesome work team.The pizza here is really good as always at Casey’s. ?

Terrible customer service, this is the second time I've ordered online and only been delivered my grab ticket., when I called I waited for someone to answer the phone for 40 minutes only to tell me pretty much it's on me. I'm appaled at the customer service. How first it was my fault then the lady that delivered the food then nothing was done about it and im just out my money and told to put in a grievance like how about jus the food I paid for?!?! Crazy

I've been calling and calling with no answer. I didn't get everything that I ordered for delivery. I shouldn't have to drive myself down there to get any sort of answer and get what I order. Answer the phone.

I was in a hurry and the cook in this Casey's got my order done perfectly. It was the best pizza I'd had in a long time. I think the cooks name was Kelley or Taylor. Thanks you!

Tried to get gas with my bank card and it took card but wouldn't go any further. 2 girls working didn't want to help. Very disappointed with them.

Not many options for a quick bit to eat just 1 burger and 2 boxes of chicken strips, got the chicken but they had absolutely no sauce available when I tired to get the kitchen staff attention for sauce she was rude and submissive acted like I was bothering her had to buy a bottle of expensive bbq sauce never going to this location ever again!!

Last month I bought a can of Grizzly and the cashier charge me $20 for a can,I told her I needed a refund and needed to speak with the store manager and she scan the price code and the price was $7 something..Today I went to buy 2 packs of starburst with the same cashier for $21 dollars .. I recognize her face but don't know her name..I need to speak with the owner
