“Fareway Grocery on South Main in Cedar Falls, IA. is clean and well maintained. Meat counter is awesome. Picked up thick cut Cowboy bone-in Ribeye steaks tonight for $9.99 a pound. Good deal on good steaks. Update 10/28/2023: Tonight we picked up a huge Porterhouse steak for $13.99 per pound and a nice 3.5 Bread and Butter Roast. Grabbed a nice head of cabbage, small yellow potatoes, green bell pepper and baby carrots. Put it all in the slow cooker tonight with onions, garlic, kosher salt, course ground black pepper and brisket rub seasonings for Sunday lunch. Oh how good the house is going to smell in the morning!”
