Boubin drop the ball with my car they said I needed brakes and that wasn't true I need booster ball joints and suspension I was wonder why my brakes pedal sits up do high no more boubin for me

Overall great first experience, oil change & spark plugs. The SUV runs 100% better, and the check engine light is off for a change.I will bring it back for oil changes in the future.

They do a great job, but I went in for a oil leak fix. They replaced the timing cover gasket. I still was having leak issues afterwards. I took my vehicle to another auto shop Dan Deery for the same issue. They advised me that the leak can’t be fixed due to the age of the car. Boubin never told me that, but still went on to charge me for it knowing that it wouldn’t be fixed. This created trust issues for me.Of course they do a great job, but this occurrence is like a red stain in the carpet.
