Jim is a nice guy but it doesn’t change the fact that he’s all over the place. I asked for an estimate multiple times and has yet to receive one. He’s fixed multiple things on my car and the last thing he fixed when I went to another mechanic they said it still needed to be done. The communication here is just bad overall.

Do not get owi breathalyzer services here. Refused me after messing up evap system in my civic. Boys at play in this shop. Dirty. Not professional.
