Bought a car from this place and within a year had to put the same amount of money back into the car to get it fixed. Never returned my calls and was rude when I was able to talk to the rep.

I had bought a car through American automotive. And have had nothing but problems. I called the business to speak about my concerns and how I felt ripped off and this man started getting very defensive with me and screaming at me through the phone. They are not professional whatsoever. Maybe they should check the cars out before selling a crappy car to people for thousands of dollars. I do not recommend going here to get a car unless you want to throw your money away.

I let my 2 cars fix there to change the engine oil and brake issue. But, the owner charged me with high price and made my cars terrible. My small one was completely dead. He was very rude and didn’t talk nicely. Won’t NEVER go there again!

Sold me the most comfortable, most beautiful turd. Acted like he knew everything about the car because he drove it here from WI, but it has an unfixable defect in the A-frame, causes the sunroof to leak. The brake system failed while driving before I made my first payment. Brake line blew, needed new calipers. Same with bearings. Told me to come in when check engine light came on, said it was just oxygen sensor and reset the warning light. Certified mechanic told me the light was something else and actually did something about it. What else will fail on this car? Every rotor and most calipers has had to be replaced, would have had to replace both catalytic converters if not for a friend with a welding torch. Frame is rusting through.

I'm very disgusted by this place. I bought a vehicle from them and said this car passed the test with flying colors but I've spent hundreds of dollars already fixing it. I told them that and they laughed at me. Don't go here please this was a bad experience and the lady that works there is nice but joe the person that sold me the car and lied to me is not!

Purchased 2 vehicles a month apart both well below book value. Have had nothing wrong with either one In the 2 years I've owned them I wouldn't hesitate on buying another one from them.

A car shoppers dream! No BS or pushy salespeople. Just fair prices for good, quality vehicles. Happened to stop by on a whim yesterday afternoon and drove my new truck home today. Couldn't be happier!

This place sucks, it used to be a good place, but it seems like the only thing they care about is money and not their returning customers. I just don't understand how a professional busniess could be so rude and obnoxious to their customers. DO NOT GO HERE THE BOSS IS A SCAM AND WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAN WHAT THE CAR IS WORTH!
