Please I tell you do not buy from these people
This has happened to me and my friends now.they will harass you to make a payment before your payment is due make threats to have people to come to your house to break in And take your stuff back BEFORE THE PAYMENT DUE DATE !!if you don’t want that hassle I’d strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere take it from me I didnt listen to my friends and decided to shop from them and every since then every time my payment is coming up 2 days before you’ll get a text from them sending threats to call the police and have there staff come and take it back from your home etc the biggest issue was have with this is the payment will not be due and they’ll do this it’d be a little different if I was late be even then this would be pushing it there very unprofessional and discomforting Ive have a terrible experience and 100% regrets coming into that place and would not recommend.

On January 28, 2025 my daughter and I purchased a living room set from Arona through Chuck We actually stopped by on Sunday. They weren’t even open, but Chuck was opening the front door When we arrivedand said that we could come In and view furniture, we ended up buying A living room set and he delivered it yesterday Tuesday everything was In excellent condition!l Chuck even took my old furniture out to the curb Himself! had wrapped All of my new Furniture In plastic prior to delivery. We Would definitely consider purchasing furniture from Arona again!Thanks again Chuck 👍

They continue to take money out of our account without our permission when payment was given. This is an on going problem..

Scamming company. My wife purchased a product from this company. We haven't even had the product one full week and every day they have tried to charge our card for random amounts of money multiple times a day. When payment is NOT due. On Saturday the day after getting product they pull an additional $29.95. Sunday they pull $2.99. Monday was $10.95. Tuesday was 4.95. Today Wednesday is 5.98. My wife was in contact with the manager of the store on Monday July 22 2024 The managers Marley and Sabina both told us they would take care of it. It hasn't been taken care of. I now see after reading all the reviews were not the only one it has happened to. I don't recommend Arona. If you do business with this company pay cash only don't let them get your debit card information. Something is definitely not right at this location.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! Everything was so quick and prompt, the customer services skills were absolutely amazing! Chuck was very knowledgeable and so helpful with any question that I had! Will be recommending to everyone!

Don’t rent through these guys there dryer was hooked up wrong and then try to blame us for it. It almost started a fire in our house and instead of making it right with us or giving us our money back they want to blame us and not do anything about it and came out today and try to hook it up right saying it wasn’t hooked up wrong when I have a lot of ppl n a pic of it hooked up wrong so I’m calling corporate and sending all the pics of it being hooked up wrong and then trying to hook it up right and make it look like it was our wiring but I had a different washer and dryer hooked up for over 4 years before it went out and never caught it on fire kinda funny after they hook it up this is what happens there a joke but I will be letting there corporate know and they might be losing there jobs cause they don’t know how to do it right so please like other ppl say go buy ur stuff somewhere else

The kids got a broken bed frame that I have to pay for. I never signed papers and I never gave anyone permission to use my name for secondary they are claiming. I think it’s funny because before this, one of the guys at Arona said that’s why I’m working with you, but yesterday he tried saying he was trying to get me for stealing furniture. After this stuff ids paid I will never deal with Arona.
