I dont appreciate getting a list of things you think might be wrong with my car. Half the stuff on that list was replaced in the last year so getting a note saying based on the age of your car we think you should replace this makes me wonder about everything else you list. Did you actually look at it? Or are you just trying to make a buck because my car is older

Brought my car in for an a/c repair. They called with the quote, repaired it in one day and it was within the quoted price. A/C works now and the front desk person was very polite. Great experience.

Friendly, yes. Fast, maybe. Overpriced? Yep. If you know what's wrong with your vehicle, I would shop around a bit more.
I took my vehicle in, told them exactly what the problem was and asked if they could replace a part. They "diagnosed" my car, relayed exactly what I told them, and charged me a $120 fee for confirming what I initially said.
Look for a shop that waives the diagnostic fee when the work is performed, not one that pads the bill just to upsell more services.
