Go there for/with company vehicle. Amazing how they have kept the old Ford up & running as long as they have. They earn 5 stars for that alone!! Terry & Craig always helpful if I need something ck'd before leaving town which I appreciate.

Had appointment set up for 4 tire replacements for over three days... Appointment was for Friday (have terrible tires on car and driving 200+ miles on Saturday). Canceled with a different company, that my son had made an appointment with, to go with them, because we do like to support local business and they have always been nice people to deal with. They called us Friday morning at 8am and canceled, stating they had too much emergency work. When I have to schedule an appointment over 3 days in advance, I don't expect to get called the day of service that the business is canceling. I was told that I had canceled on them years ago, so that's the way it goes. I am pretty sure the reason I didn't show up, was because we had a family medical emergency. Two different things... Thank God for Kalona Tire! They saved the day and did a fantastic job!

The people who own and operate Glandon's are they kind of people we need in all mechanic shops. Their prices and customer service are impossible to beat. Won't go to anyone else do to the quality of service they offer.
