My mother passed away and I wanted to put the diamonds from her original engagement ring, her 50th anniversary ring and the small diamonds around her big diamond into a unique setting. Don's made this ring exactly like I wanted. I could not be more pleased! It is gorgeous and makes me feel I have my mom with me all the time!!

Customer service is amazing. Very informative. Extremely impressed with their kind staff. My mom wanted to design a custom ring for my daughter. I'm so glad we went to Dons. The ring is beautiful. They also cleaned my rings. I definitely will be returning. A great Family owned business.

Don’s has been amazing to work with! We purchased our engagement ring and wedding band from them and the staff are always so welcoming and have been SO helpful through the entire process! Was having very bad luck at some larger companies in Des Moines so I reached out to Don’s Jewlery via Facebook messenger. My family and friends both had great experiences so I wanted to try it out. I messaged them late one evening and even though it was after store hours, Karen immediately responded wanting to assist. By the next morning she had sent me diamonds and rings for what I was looking for, within a few days I took the trip down to see the ring in person. Karen and the team were so helpful and great to work with, I found the perfect ring and within two weeks it was in! Very very thankful for their help! Would recommend them to anyone.
