Waited, IN THE STORE, 40 minutes AFTER the estimated pick up time. Myself along with 5 others waited for our pizzas, I'd had enough and just walked out. This is why you DO NOT pay for services before they are given to you!!!!

I recently visited Casey's Gas Station and was blown away by the exceptional service and quality of the store. The manager, Stacy, deserves special recognition for her friendly demeanor and efficient operation. The store was very clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide range of products. Despite being busy, the checkout process was quick and seamless. I highly recommend Casey's to anyone seeking a top-notch convenience store experience

Went into use the restroom and was in there for less than 3 minutes when a young lady employee knocked on the door asking if I could hurry up because other customers needed to use the bathroom. Nobody else had even knocked yet. I have never once been asked this at a gas station before. Was also no toilet paper in restroom. On the bright side, the pizza was good. Props to the kitchen crew.

This is the worst store I've ever been to. Last week The gal that works the cash register in the morning will talk to customers and not even ring them up. I asked the gentleman in the back if he could ring me up after she talked to the gal ahead of me for 10 minutes with out scanning one item. She told me he wasn't able to then continued talking for another 5 minutes. This week I prepaid for gas was the only truck at the pumps. she put it on the wrong pump I went back in for her to tell me it was my fault.

I avoid going to Casey's gas station and experience I had on July 13, 2023 is why. My mom had me stop there to get gas in her car. We pulled up to a pump and do the prepay and wait few minutes and no directions come up. We pull into another pump and do prepay. This time directions come up and start following directions till it says wait a minute please and we are waiting over 5 minutes and nothing. I go inside to prepay. A young girl doing her job at cash register getting long line of people through. An older lady on the phone staring out the window. When she finally gets off phone to help I tell her upset cause standing outside waiting for over 5 minutes and there was the excuses why she wasn't doing her job. Casey's gas stations have a problem their workers not doing their jobs and being unclean facilities.

Order pizza like I always do I drive 17 mileshome open the boxes pepperoni pepperoni pepperoni had 4 big 7small no regular.then I open brisket pizza box it was sad to see couple of pieces of brisket.then I open the cheesy bread sticks I ordered 2 orders Igot one order cut up in 1X1 pieces to make 16 pieces.The employees where acting like kids it was party time it's a place of business not high school

I love Casey's but this one is slightly irritating due to not having pizza in the middle of a lunch rush and also being out of doughnuts at 8 am.

I stopped to get gas and when I put my credit card in it wouldn’t go past the one moment please screen so I couldn’t get gas. I went in to talk to the cashier and she said the only way she could do it was to have it prepaid which I cannot do because I’m trying to fill up a big F350 truck and I have no idea how much gas I will need. I will probably never stop at this Casey’s again. They need to make sure all aspects of their store is working properly. It makes me sad because my grandparents lived here and I have grown up in this area and have come back to visit.

I ordered a small taco pizza online. I'm a trucker and scheduled is everything. It took 1 hrs and 45 minutes for a half cooked pizza. That didn't even get the usual topping for a taco pizza. Smdh..... not a good Casey's that's friendly to out of towners

When it's noon, lunchtime, & someone goes there for a slice of pizza while on their lunch break there should be more than breakfast pizza. Should have regular slices of pizza, so you can get something quick for lunch as you don't have much time, so a slice of pizza is convenient when it's not breakfast slices for breakfast.
