Bad customer relations, my son bought a new Heritage revolver from this company at a local gun show & it wouldn’t function at all, he tried talking to them & they did back their sale of this revolver at all!!!!

Ive purchased several guns from Brice and have long since quit given up on the big box stores. I do my research for a gun I want in magazines and the internet then order the gun from Brice. Service is outstanding and prices are always cheaper.
