“As a bank, I believe it's a normal everyday bank like you would expect. I've had a few problems here but normally everything goes just like you would get at most banks. I really don't have a lot you say about this one because I would rather drive 20 miles away and go to the Amana branch. Much nicer ladies running the bank down there.”
“I went into this location to open up an account. The teller that greeted me (Chris) was very friendly. Melissa was very helpful in getting my account set up. I went in there right when they opened and was out of there within 45 minutes. I would suggest setting up an appointment beforehand just to make sure they have someone available that can help you open an account right when you get there. Great experience!”
