I cannot say enough how amazing Stephen and the ATC people were on taking care of my every needs from start to finish!! I bought a pickup camper from them and they were extremely patient with me and all the questions I had!! They had a crew working just on mine making sure it was clean and making sure everything was just right!! The owner has done an amazing job and it’s no wonder they have been in business for so long!! Stephen thank you again!! Stephen went way above and beyond if he didn’t know a question he got an answer!! Thank you again!!

These folks got us taken care of in record time on our way through the area. As full time RVera, we always appreciate when we don't have to leave our rig for days or pay mobile tech travel fees to get repairs. Great service, great prices, genuinely good people.

We were looking to update our camper and called ATV RV Center because we noticed their prices were so much lower than we’re finding in the Pacific Northwest. Stephen emailed us information and also called us. Since we’re about 1800 miles away, he took a video of the trailer we were interested in and sent it right away. He followed up with a phone call and was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. We’ve decided to wait until we make a purchase because we just had to spend $2000 getting a new fridge for our 2015 camper, but asked Stephen to contact us next year, and hopefully we’ll be ready to upgrade. We definitely would give them our business if the prices and service is like what we experienced in the exchange we had.

Stopped in to look at campers and the salesman Stephen was very friendly and professional. Wasn’t pushy on selling us the most expensive unit. He listened to our wants and needs and showed us options they had in our budget. Made it an enjoyable experience.

It was initially very scary to purchase a travel trailer online. Mo was very personable and easy to talk to. My fears were immediately put to rest and we successfully made a deal. When I went to Iowa (from Illinois) to pick up the trailer, Mo greeted me with a big hug and made me feel really comfortable. It seemed like he was as excited as I was.I have had a couple of minor issues with the trailer and Joel in service bent over backwards to correct them to my satisfaction.The entire ATC team has been exceptional and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Extremely satisfied.

Joel said when we purchased it and put money down we will service it and check everything out. He didn't change the oil. Didn't do a grease job. Didn't do anything until we called 3 weeks later to pick it up. We sat at the dealership all day long for hours. Finally they put us up in a motel for the night and we had to sit around half the next day writing for them to finish up on things. They changed the kitchen faucet and I forgot to hook the trap back up so we had a flood in the kitchen and now the tiles like I said if I don't fit right in their buckling up and coming apart. We had to change the air conditioning shroud. It was broken to a million pieces besides having a humongous bird nest in it and it was the wrong size shroud.We had to change the oil, do a grease job. One of the main fluorescent lights inside wasn't working so we had to get that working and rewire it, the water pump wasn't working, outside awning switch didn't work, shower head was broken, rear side slide outs leaked on both sides cuz they are missing gaskets, water tankers water tank sensors were not reading correctly. The water line under the sink in the bathroom had a big leak in it and flooded the floor back there, so we had the buy PEX and the tool to fix it,the bushing on the door latch was missing in all the broken floor tiles so now we have to re do the ceramic flooring obviously they didn't go through it. I'm doubtful that they know about motorhomes because they would have cought a lot of this IF they had really gone through it. Not happy with them at all. AND we paid cash, we got boned. If it was 50000 it may have been a good deal, but NOT. The wires were under the sink and they were not capped. We could have been electrocuted
