We have helped this customer out on numerous occasions for numerous issues. We have towed their vehicle at no cost, we have charged just price of parts for repair not covered by warranty. The vehicle they are referring to has been abused. It is a manual transmission and the customer had previously damaged the clutch badly. We did the repairs for just the price of parts because it wasn't covered. Less than 6 months later the clutch is on verge of breaking due to abuse. Also the customer accusing us of stealing belongings is unacceptable. The belonging they are talking about is a plush stuff animal. Vehicle was completed but sat at our facility for over a month before customer picked up. We made arrangements to allow them to pick up the car before the entire bill was paid. Truth of the matter is we helped these folks out numerous times on multiple fronts and they chose to use this to leverage us and it will not work.

Firstly, yes you have made payment arrangements. That’s an upside. Everything else is due to you and your company’s poor business. You towed the car after we payed you for the work that your repair shop supposedly fixed, so I think it should be free?. I shouldn’t have to need my car brought back thirty minutes after I pick it up. Secondly, The clutch was on the brink of breaking when we first reported it to you, not do to the assumption of abuse, in any point in time, but to the fact that the car is a lemon. With this, from there on out it was beyond amazing how your team could do anything but fix the car! I am stating facts, not leveraging you. This shows you have no remorse for us as your customer, including the part where you mention that’s it’s absurd that your employees would do such a thing as to steal. It’s cool that you’re belittling feelings but that item that was stolen had huge sentimental value. Take a look at all your other reviews. I’m not the only one who believes you guys screw people over! I’m using facts to leverage you? No, I’m warning people to steer clear from the filthy community you find yourself directing. Moral of the situation, be careful who you trust, and don’t take your car here!? good day!

DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.
My family put a loan on a car from here and since the get go it’s been a lemon. They have been screwing up the car with something new every time they “fix” the original problem. My family has given them THOUSANDS. Now it is currently May 30th ‘24 and I was picking up my car they supposedly fixed from the shop and I live less than 20 minutes away. The duration I spent driving home took 30+ minutes because MY CAR WON’T ACCELERATE!!! Along with the fact some of my family’s personal belongings were stolen while the car was in their hands, I’m fed up that we have to keep paying them for a car that continues to stay a lemon.

I bought a car there and within the first week I had to fix something can't remember what it was but it cost me $600 then the 2nd $700 week had to put a knee clutch in it now it's been 3 months and have to put all knew struts on it and alignment and balance the tires $800 not counting the $6000 I paid for the car. 2005 Mazda 3. I know right.
