Cant say enough good things about my ww journey. The urbandale location is my number one workshop. But i do go to others around the city. All the people are so helpful amd friendly

Humiliated for gaining this week. I am hard enough on myself, I don't need or appreciate the weigh in person making me feel worse or mocking me. I literally left crying. I will never go back to this studio.
