Hello. I really liked Amanda. Se helped me set up and get through policy. Superior service. There are too few people at the brick and mortar location to direct people coming in. Not enough personal bankers, and the manager is gone or busy all the time, but this lady is great makes

I went to this Wells Fargo to turn back in my euros that I purchased at this bank, I bought $200.euros which the bank charged me and extra $33.00 for, so I went back today to turn in what I didn’t use, and the rude man at the grind desk said since I wasn’t a customer I couldn’t exchange them, I told him “I wasn’t a consumer when you charged me to buy the euros, he said things have changed, so what Wells Fargo is doing, you join their system or you are out of luck. ?

Worst bank!!!! This bank is always trying to charge you fees and take your money! They do not care about you as a customer or your satisfaction! You would be better off keeping your money safe in a credit union or any other company! This bank will continue to steal hundreds of your earned money and tell you it’s part of their policy. I’m changing my bank today!!

Left work early to get here before close. I got here 4:40. Was trying to close one of my accounts since I’m unable to do so online. The teller told me she was unable to do so as they were closing soon. Horrible customer service. I’ll go to a different branch next time.

The ATM is around the back. It is in a safe spot with plenty of privacy and cameras.

I sure miss the days when you could stop in and be able to see a banker at that time or wait until someone was available. Maybe the bank has gotten too big.

I was just there and the customer in front of me was so rude to the teller. I wasn't even the person being treated poorly but I felt so bad for the teller. In spite of this the employee Razan, was very nice throughout the entire process which was very impressive. And she was very helpful to me and answered my questions. Another employee also helped me and she was nice too but I don't know her name. Another good experience at this branch!

I just came back from Wells Fargo where I had a question on a letter I had received. The young man who worked there saw I need help and told me after his appointment would assist me. I want to tell all that work at Wells Fargo this is the kind of service I have come to miss in today’s work atmosphere. Reagan Adjei, when above and beyond and worked me in as soon as possible, there was 3 other people who walked by and never said boo to me. If you need someone who cares and willing to work with you, the branch on Douglas Avenue ask for him.

We started as a new business with this particular bank, not very happy with it.As a matter of fact very disappointed, the front of the house people (tellers and receptionist) are doing a very unprofessional job, not even answering the phone and when they do they don't have an answer or a solution of the problems they create themselves. Planing on switching banks ASAP.

All I asked WF is to properly subtract my entire principal payment from the balance like they should have done on the date of payment. Wells Fargo is trying to commit fraud again! All I asked them to do was fix this so-called mistake and they refused. They just gave me the run around! No idea what they did????? All I know is WF is charging me interest on my incorrect balance! By accepting the principal payment and having it printed on the receipt, WF entered to an agreement to accept the principal payment! I should have been not been told it would go towards my balance if it was not going to be at the time of the deposit! Principal payments go directly towards the balance only, not interest! Principal payment is simple math. The entire principal is subtracted from the balance only! They do not need to contact me to confuse the situation or try and convince me what they did is correct! This is not the first time Wells Fargo has done questionable activities, in fact there is a Netflix special just on Wells Fargo illegal activities. Now the question is how many customers is Wells Fargo doing creative accounting on?

Went in to exchange my change like I always use to only to find out they took out the change machine. I was told I could have the paper to roll it myself. Looks like it’s time to switch banks to one that will take care of their customers.
