If I could give 0 stars I would..I went last night through the drive thru. I politely told the lady that I shouldn’t owe anything cause I have 2 insurances. Instead of looking for me she rolled her eyes and made me pay. Don’t care cause it wasn’t that much. But, she needs to grow up and learn how to actually do her job.

A HUGE shout out to Austin in the pharmacy drive-thru! He was kind, funny, and thoughtful - plus he saved us a bunch of money on our prescription. Can't thank him enough for taking what had been a stressful moment and turning it into an awesome day!

Messed up my prescription twice. Always slow. I worked in A pharmacy (not this one!) for 4 years. This one is by far the most disorganized and chaotic I have seen. I understand short staffing and overwhelming influx of prescriptions. But this is just bad.

I moved my scripts to this location half a year ago. Filling them has never been a one stop ordeal. I always have to leave and come back, leave and come back, and there's always a line of people 5 deep at the pharmacy at all times. I'm on medications I can't really play around with, so I will be changing pharmacies to one that is reliable. The staff can't even be bothered to do anything but act sullen and annoyed when asked to do their job.EDIT: Someone just called to see if I still want the prescription I've told them to cancel twice. When I told the caller I will never fill at their location again: she laughed.I guess giving offensively inept service is HILARIOUS.

So many issues with this pharmacy. Short staffed is tough, but better organization and better trained staff would be helpful. After 6 months of consistently bad service, I will be taking scripts somewhere else.

Prescription was sent in previous night. At 4:30pm the next day it STILL WASNT READY. Never coming back here to get prescriptions again

Gave 1 star only because can't give negative stars. Customer service sucks at this location. Tried getting more info about photos I wanted to get printed. Unfortunately, the girl acted as if I was bothering her. Never game me a chance to ask her anymore questions before she walked away mid conversation. I was getting photos printed of my boyfriend that just passed away. Thank you for making my day even worse than it already is. I know she doesn't give a damn about me or what I'm going through but try to treat ALL customers with the customer service you should be giving.

Worst service ever. Called in my refill Tuesday11-22-23. System said it would be ready at 11 a.m. on 11-23-23. Called at 10:30 a.m. to check and see the status, it was pending. Called again at 3, still wasn't ready. Drove over at 8pm it still wasn't even filled and was told to come back in a half hour. Went back at 930pm and was told it hadn't even been looked at. Sat and waited, to be told it won't be done tonight. Pharmacist Sean/Shawn filled it in two minutes and threw it on the counter at me. Think twice about getting your prescriptions filled here.

My doctor sent the prescription to them twice, and still they told me it hadn't arrived yet. The customer after me also did not get her medication.I called my doctor and ask to send it to Hy-Vee instead. It took them 10 minutes to supply my prescription....

I can understand being short staffed and overwhelmed. However be competent. Went to get prescriptions 2.5 hours after they were called in. Said they were not ready, would text when ready. 2 hours later came back (did not receive a text) and they only gave me 1 of my prescriptions after we went through long drive though line. Did not realize until pulled away. Go inside to ask about missing prescription and wait in another long line inside. Somehow they missed the antibiotic and it was instead saved?? I ask how long and they rudely say they can not tell me that, hopefully before 4:30 (so another 45 min). Like this was my fault, your error…sorry let’s make this right for you. So go back outside and basically get in line again! Last prescription I will ever fill here.

In the last 4 times we've been here, we come via drive through. This is the 4th time we've waited in line (max 3 cars in front of us) over 1 hour. Then as we pull up, it's nearing closing and the pharmacist tells us to come back later. NO.

Pharmacy is an absolute chaotic circus. For a trillion dollar industry you’d think they would pay to keep staff. Once I waited three hours for medication after surgery a suture broke and I ended up in the emergency bleeding. The reason for three hours there was because they were running meds under another person with my name. I also have been waiting for my medication to be refilled for almost a month

Honestly, if I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would! Waited over 30 min in the drive thru. Instead of telling someone their meds aren’t ready and to come back they had them wait at the window for 20 min!!! Then it was our turn, we pull up to the window and the gal is looking at us and won’t help! Then gives me my meds and says something’s changed (when I’ve been taking them for 5 yrs and nothing has changed). Waited another 10 min for the pharmacist! Needless to say, I will be switching pharmacies TODAY!

Weve had a couple of small issues recently with service and timing of meds being ready or taking a bit longer to receive. Weve adjusted to that. I understand short staffing and other factors contribute to the problem. However today was a 45 minute wait in the drive thru line. I was 3 cars back. Once I finally I got to the window a younger blonde working asked me for my name and other info. She initially called me by the wrong name. She finally found my script, asked for address and just assumed I wanted to use Express Pay and billed me for the meds. There were no words or conversation after that. She literally threw the meds in the little drive thru window and walked away. No thank you, no sorry for your 45 minute wait or anything. I feel like this pharmacy no longer needs, wants or appreciates my business at this location.

Worst pharmacy, I keep standing in line waiting for help while one person is at the drive through window trying to figure on the insurance of a customer. When complained two other pharmacists came to help. Why keep people waiting on line and complain to get helped!
