James the pharmacy tech was super helpful, we needed to pay out of pocket due to insurance issues and James went out of his way to make sure we got the lowest price possible, and gave us info about how to get lowest prices for medication in the future. Give this man a raise and some appy slices

Worst pharmacy. They don't answer phone calls, it takes them days to fill prescriptions, and every single time I fill a prescription with them (which is multiple times a month) I run into nonstop issues. After going here for 10 years, I'm done. Save yourself the constant headache and go anywhere else. Walgreens has gone way too far downhill.

All of the things that made this Walgreens worthwhile have gone away. First off, my family only started going there because they bought our medical information which, in my opinion shows a disinterest in consumer protection and privacy rights. Second, their service has gotten much worse, the store is generally dirty and in bad repair and the "temporary" closing of the pharmacy has self evidently become permanent. I used this location to print some college photos and they gave me someone else's photos so I'm ticked off on behalf of that person as well as myself because I didn't get my photos. I would recommend using a different pharmacy.

If I could give 0 I would!! What has happened to Walgreens? Called to see if my photo order was ready, they placed me on hold, so I decided to just drive there and stayed on hold and I walk in to see all 3 employees on their phones at the front desk. I get my photos and check out and still on hold. They tell me they don’t have any calls on hold, definitely do, and than one employee answers the phone. 10 minutes on hold with not one person caring! No apologize, just rude response back and walked away from me. The one guy was the only nice person and he didn’t even put me on hold.

Really disappointed in their pharmacy. Drive-thru has been shut down for days due to... Staffing? Microphone? Seems to be whatever they can think of at the time. Staff is obviously overworked. Their notification system is also apparently broken. I got a rapid covid test a month ago and had to call to get results because their system was broken. I've also had two prescriptions to pick up in the last month and no notifications for those, either.Start taking care of your staff, start taking care of your building, start taking care of your technology. Until then, I'll be going to Hy-Vee ?

Pharmacy hours change with no notice. Had to pick up a prescription, and it took 3 days because they randomly closed in the middle of the day for two days in a row. This was during their posted open hours, and not a meal break. I can't imagine how people with emergency prescriptions like inhalers deal with this. I'm thankful that if I miss one day, it won't be awful. I was told my son's inhaler would be ready at noon. It is now 5:30, and it just says "we are behind" on the app. Great. Every time I order a certain prescription, I'm told it's in stock. Then I find out the next day that they are out. Every single time. The parking lot is horrible. Your front wheels will rest in divots. There is a giant crater in the middle of the parking lot that can barely be avoided. If you land in it, your car will almost certainly have damage. I will most definitely be changing pharmacies. I'd rather drive a bit farther to find a reputable place.

If I could give a negative star I would. They said my prescription would be ready at 11:00am I had to wait a week. The drive thru hasn't worked for a couple weeks. The last prescription was told to me it would be ready in a half hour and today I I was told it wasn't ready and I'd be put on the waiting list. Wow..... avoid them if possible , should you actually get your meds.70th and Douglas.

Tried calling pharmacy with a question about the covid booster shot. On hold for 11/2 hrs. Was going to wait it out because I had things to do around the house. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. This pharmacy is a nightmare. I would recommend Medicap in Urbandale.

Really! Close for lunch daily 1:30-2 due to no staff?! Also says script was ready-nope!!!! Over an hour WAIT!!!! Going elsewhere in future.

Bad management whole Walgreens. The logistics is just horrible. Their website will state that they have something in stock and you drive down here and they don't. Worst part is you try to call them to ask if they have it in stock and no one ever picks up. Just a joke. Waste of time. Just Amazon it!
