By far the worst pharmacy ive ever delt with never have my sons meds. Im signed up for text alerts when filled never get texts. Im going back to cvs pharmacy never had a problem with them ever.

Tried calling pharmacy with a question about the covid booster shot. On hold for 11/2 hrs. Was going to wait it out because I had things to do around the house. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. This pharmacy is a nightmare. I would recommend Medicap in Urbandale.
