Like most of us, I buy things from Amazon which come from all over the country. Following tracking, everything flows normally through the system until it reaches this place. It's got to be the most poorly run, poorly staffed and dysfunctional part of the post office in the nation. It's obvious why they won't answer the phone and what's more is that the tracking information they share with Amazon isn't the same as on the informed delivery app. Somebody's lying to somebody over there and needs to be replaced. This has been going on for years and needs to change. Start voting out state reps that continue to ignore the years of complaints.

Delaying Mail even though it was priority mail. If you expecting a package on a Saturday dont expect it to show up till Monday. Happened 2 me twice now

I just want to thank Gina the supervisor along with Alex and chance helping me getting my order even though it’s Sunday and I must wait but they understood my situation as i needed the parts urgently….Gina was above and beyond greeted me and heard me out and acted right away to make sure I get my part in timely manner!!!

Package was sitting there since 2 am, hasnt been delivered when the tracking said it will be here today. You seriously just left my package sitting there all day? The phone line also says 24/7 but nobody ever answers. It should be illegal to run a business like this, I'm sick of Iowa having the worst customer service

This location frequently sends my packages 100s of miles back out of state instead of the 45 miles to Boone, IA. Very disappointing.

One of the worst facilities to deal with as truck drivers. Long waiting times. Their lunch breaks aren’t consistent. They can take a break whenever they want. Even if your truck is ready and the light is green you have to wait for them to comeback. I mean what kind of business lets all employees take a break at the same time.

My package has been in transit for 3 months and it’s stuck here. No way of getting in contact with anyone and the USPS customer service is useless. My Shop app said there is visible damage to my package but other than that no update. USPS online says my package will arrive later than expected. Highly doubt that.

Delivered mail 📬 multiple times here. Can't complain. Check in at the gate, drop trailer at row A, drive to DISPATCH window, give paperwork, drive to bobtail parking area, wait, pickup your empty trailer after unloading at row C. Sometimes it can take a couple of hours. They will give you a call 🤙. You can take a nap 😴. There is a restroom 🚻 for drivers.

I’ve sent a package on April 1 priority certified. It has left and returned to the Des Moines facility 6 TIMES. Sometimes with a 10 minute turnaround😵😵😵. Need to commercialize the USPS and the contractor is accountable!!!

A Priority Mail envelope going from Plymouth MA to Montreal Que sat here for over 3 days...postage was over $30....LET AMAZON TAKE OVER THE US MAIL!!!
