If there is a line, they work through it quickly and with a smile on their faces. Everyone I have dealt with there has been extremely nice and helpful.

I get it, I also work for the government…very thankless jobs. BUT if you work with the public, the least you can do is smile…fake it til you make it. No need to scowl like you literally hate everyone. The employee that just scanned my packages, she barely looked at me, glowered the entire time and then couldn’t even bother making eye contact when handing me a receipt. I work Saturday’s as well for my part-time job, get over yourself. NOT impressed.

Too everyone complaining about their delivery of mail. As someone who has a direct relative that works for USPS, it is NOT the carrier's fault for the way the system is set up. The USPS is an antiquated system and needs a major overhaul. The carriers are great, hardworking people and work extremely long hours. You can see them driving around the neighborhoods sometime at 8-9:00pm. Believe me when I say, they are overworked because of how the system is run by upper management and Post Master. Be kind to your carriers please. They are just the messenger.

The worst post office in the area. They keep delivering mail to the wrong address all the time. At least once a week I get somebody else's mails. No point complaining as they will just shrug it of. Also for all small ecommerce businesses avoid this location at all cost as they will put you out of business. It's sad that there is just nothing that can be done about their terrible level of service. They act like they work for free however prices are getting higher every year.

Feels pointless to write this review as nothing is going to change but this place is absolutely the worst and has the worst and rudest workers. Manager is rude and unprofessional and should be fired. Mail service is a disgrace.

I have changed my address by filling form give it to them, they haven't changed my address I do not receive any mailing to my new address.

This location canceled my passport appointment due to snow. The excuse was that too many people called off due to snow. My problem is that if there is school and I have to take my kid to school the US POST OFFICE an entity of the US Government just like the school should also have all resources available if they are open. They would not make an effort to reschedule me and told me they could not. This is lazy and its ridiculous I waited a month and now I either one go try and find a walk-in location or wait another month. LAZY PEOPLE SHOULD BE FIRED!

If I could give zero stars I would. As an Urbandale resident, this branch has the absolute worst daily delivery service I’ve ever had in my 60 years. My mail goes to other people, other people’s mail comes to me; almost on a daily basis. I say almost because some days they don’t deliver mail at all. I check my front door camera that has a direct view of the street and the mailman never even drives by. Apparently just decides to take a day off a couple times a week. I guess on the bright side it’s helped all of us in this neighborhood become close friends because we’re constantly delivering each other’s mail to the right house. That entire branch needs to be cleaned of all current employees and they need to start from scratch hiring competent people. Ridiculous.

I have used the Kiosk to get postage for a few packages and had a question, the employee told me I packaged them all wrong and he was going to charge me twice as much for postage. I just left and put them in the mail slot and they sent just fine

Really 0 stars First of all they wouldn’t even help me. Told me they were closed & to go elsewhere although I was there 20 minutes before closing. I was sending an international box to my daughter and they wanted a custom form for every individual item. Room for 4 items on each form. Instead of just writing candy I was supposed to list candy corn lifesavers candy bars.-4 per form. Employee wouldn’t help figure out a more efficient way choosing instead to not help at all-walking away at one point. Last box I tried to send bounced around the US for 3 months & then came back to me. Now I’m denied even receiving service as per my right as a us citizen.
