They don't care about you at all, don't deal with them in anything, believe me, the manager doesn't have a second to talk to you!

Don't call us bank if you need help . They Busy if you go online ... you will need bed to sleep if they are told you 30 minutes

They either took my accounts off or closed them after I verified everything via email, which was a waste of my time. I suggest finding another banking institution. I won’t bother contacting them as I made three different calls regarding the situation.Edit: No I will not leave my contact information. I’ve already tried over 10 times to fix this problem and after I sent my social security info, my ID and rental insurance in, my accounts are suddenly gone and my cards are invalid.Just don’t choose them as your banking institution. They’ll steal your personal information and close your accounts. I called and was told to call the people who requested my personal information. It’s just ridiculous at this point. Will probably talk to a lawyer.

glad that I was able to close my account, in the past I always had a positive experienced with US bank however, when we moved to Urbandale, Iowa I just never had a positive experienced with this branch. US Bank Ankeny was great !

Sitting in drive thru for more than 1/2 hr. This is ridiculous. Sell my mortgage to a bank with better service please!

I never take the time to leave a Google review for a business because I’ve never had such terrible service. I visited this US Bank location on 86th St. today I’m not sure who I was working with but the girl at the window was terrible. After waiting in line for what seemed like a half hour I finally got to make my deposit. I sent in my cash check deposit slip and ID. The teller excepted my things and told me I would get my receipt right away. She lied! After waiting another 15 minutes for my receipt she came back on the microphone to let me know there was a computer glitch and she would be with me shortly. After another 5 minutes she finally sent my receipt. I would not recommend US Bank to anyone with a small business or dealing with frequent cash deposits. They handle Business terribly and their ability to take care of their customer sucks! If it was an option to give zero stars they wouldn’t have gotten the one!
