I hadn't had a chance to post about my experience here since my car accident but they fixed my car march 20th 2024 I was very satisfied with their services not only are the local and family owned but they care about the service they provide you, in my younger years they had fixed a fender bender I had and that was seamless and smooth then this recent year I had a car accident someone had hit me and they ended up repairing all the damage from that driver, I was super happy with there work ethic they let me know when it was ready for pickup I definitely recommend them they are top notch and have been doing repairs for as long as I can remember I will be going back if needed and recommending others it was a 5 stars from me and thank you so much for the time and effort you had put into taking care of not only just a car but a car that held many memories and experiences and was lucky enough to keep I truely thought it would not be repairable and they did it! So thanks again 5 stars from me.

Very friendly and did a great job fixing my car in a timely fashion. Also they have adorable dogs and free candy in the lobby which I am a big fan of.

I used Urbandale Auto Body to repair my car after I was rear ended. Ryan was incredibly helpful in explaining the process and had an empathetic and educated perspective of the chaotic world of insurance. Before I was able to schedule a time to get everything replaced, they smashed the truck and bumper back into place for me so it didn’t look as damaged. I was really appreciative of that because it took about 3 weeks longer than expected for the insurance company to respond to my claim. When I was finally able to set up a rental car, they had my car fixed and ready to be picked up about a week earlier than I expected! I never want to have to go back to a collision repair center but I would definitely use Urbandale Auto Body again if I had to.

I would give it a 0 if I could. They MESSED up really bad. They left my car dirty inside and outside. The paint was literally dripping, and I waited 3 weeks for this mess. Honestly the WORST job ever.

I am so glad the reviews led me to bring my car here, now it’s my turn to brag! After being involved in a fender bender, my car needed some TLC. The process of getting an estimate and working with my insurance company went without a hiccup thanks to Ryan and his team. They had my car turned around in two weeks, looking better than I brought it in, both INSIDE and out! Not only did they work on the body of the car, they made the inside of my car shine! (I think we all know how bad the mats in our car look after surviving Iowa winters. Not to mention kids and dogs on top of it!) I can’t reccomend Urbandale Auto Body Service enough! Thank you Ryan and team!((The pictures included don’t show all the work that had to be done.))
