This nail spa is now owned by my long time nail tech, Jessica! I would not trust anyone else to do my nails. Jessica is a perfectionist who makes sure each of her customers leaves satisfied and happy. I haven’t had a bad experience with her in the 15+ years I’ve been following her around other DSM nails salons. This is the one you are looking for!!!

Cleanliness: The salon was very clean and tidy the staff was pleasant and all tools were visually sterile. I would recommend!
Stylist: Huge Shout out to Jessica! I had the most amazing (after winter) Pedicure its called the (Firewalker) at Urban Nails! A Must try great massage hot stone and the tingling sensation was amazing! Def going back!

Had a wonderful experience here! Lena was a pleasure to work with, she finds out what you want, and if you dont know exactly she is a great guide to the finishing look. Li is an amazing artist and did my beautiful gold poinsettias! A down to earth small business that is efficient and accurate, all the while taking a genuine interest in you and your needs at a reasonable price. 10/10

I made an appointment to get my nails done for my God daughter's wedding. Which was the day after. I got home and my nails were bubbling up and peeling. Needless to say wasn't a happy lady. I had to pay someone else money to fix their mistake. After the wedding I called to talk to the owner. I told her about what had happened and that I wanted my money back. She offered to do a new set and I said no. That I would prefer a refund. She said she would look into in and get back to me. Well she never did. I an really not impressed with how they handle their customers, the quality of the their work, or how the resolve any issues. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

We loved our afternoon at Urban Nails. I mentioned it was my friend's birthday and they opened on their day off so we could celebrate! We had pedicures and manicures and were pleased with the results! Staff was very friendly! Highly Recommend!!!
