The gentleman today was very nice and my Amazon returns were difficult and he was patient and helpful and it was much appreciated. He didn't make me feel bad for having to figure it out and just went to another register and helped other people and kept things moving along and everyone happy. He deserves a shout out! His employee number was 116629 in Des Moines, Iowa.

I had great customer care from both Shannon at this location and Christina who helps scheduling pick ups. We unfortunately weren’t here when the UPS driver stopped to grab our package and both employees were extremely helpful and friendly in helping me find out what my next steps were.

Zero customer service, refuses to read delivery instructions, refuses to deliver packages to an access point after several failed delivery attempts, and customer service has zero actual customer service skills, let alone knowledge of the company they work for. Hire new people or force them to care at all.

I have used this store numerous times. Staff is always professional and efficient. Shannon helped me today and she assisted several customers at the same time and she never seemed stressed. She is amazing!

They ask for $3 charge for taping box on the top for an Amazon return. They said it’s a service they provide so it must be charged. I asked if I can just use their tape, but they said no. I had to over priced tape for around $6, and had to tape the top. (Took all of less than 10 sec).
Never had I experience this at any other UPS store.

Shannon went above and beyond in my opinion. Not only over the phone when I called first to see if they could help me with what my needs were, but she said come on in and I’ll get you fixed up!!
She had everything taken care of in minutes!!
You just don’t get that service anymore and I certainly appreciated it. Kudos to Shannon!!

I want to say thank you to the 100th street UPS store and specifically Shannon. I had to ship an expensive guitar in a bulky case so the dimensions for the item were really big. I was a bit stressed out about shipping a guitar in general, and wanted to make sure it would be safe and get to the destination. She packed it exceptionally well even though it was a challenging project to make everything fit around the dimensions of the case, keeping it secure inside. It was expensive but UPS was the only option because the postal service wouldn't accept it due to the dimensions. Great service and Shannon went above and beyond to help me
