I live out of the area and needed help with a package. They were very polite and helpful. I didn't have all of the correct papers and they helped with that too. Thanks for making it easier for me. I will recommend this store to family in the area.

I needed to send something overnight. It was a very timely document that had some very specific details we had to be aware of. Chris was fantastic to support me in getting this taken care of. He was knowledgeable and patient. I'd go back to this store again.

Very rude worker scoffed and sighed when I asked her to tape up a box just to make sure it was secure. Cut me off and started talking to the next customer when I asked if I had to pay for anything.

The main person who works in this UPS store (male with longer hair) is phenomenal at his job. Customer service is a lost art, and he is so good at making people feel welcome when they walk in and taking care of their problems. I’ve been to this store over 100 times and have seen him in action not only with me but with people who have difficult problems and attitudes. I will keep coming back as long as he is employed. He deserves a massive raise. Keep him at all costs!

frustrating experience with this location specifically where the return label i was sent wouldn’t scan so they refused the package…took it to a separate location where they helped me problem and were able to handle my return quickly and successfully! unsure why this location was unwilling to take that extra minute to help me out…seriously took the guy at the other store less than 2 minutes and some creativity to solve the problem and get the scanner to work

Great service!!! I needed some items shipped from Urbandale to Santa Cruz, CA. I had a courier drop off the items from a local auction. They packaged and shipped the 6 framed art works faster than I would reasonably expect. Whether a local or out-of-towner, do your shipping here.

Super friendly and helpful staff at the store on 100th St. I cannot say enough good about them. They have assisted me so many times with finding info on my phone necessary for sending/returning packages, taping up boxes, etc and always with a smile and kind words.
