I am very assertive and have no problem speaking up for myself when things aren't up to my standards especially when I'm paying so much for a service. I had Alisa and had her take off and reshape/fix the length on multiple nails. I walked out still unhappy with the shape. I asked for almond- and I have done my own nails before and have no problem doing the simple shape as an amateur. In my opinion a professional, should not have to be corrected multiple times on a nail shape. Mine came out lopsided, bumpy, or looking like triangles . After being there for an hour and still unhappy with the overall shape and finished product, I just said "that's fine thanks" when asked if it looked okay. After I left, I sat in my car and reshaped my own nails and they looked SO much better.
When I asked Alisa for fix the shape I watched her roll her eyes MULTIPLE times and act confused on what was wrong with them. She also called over another nail artist and seemed to be talking bad about me and had a nasty tone in her voice.
ALSO- a golf tournament was on the tv?? I'm used to seeing reality tv, or the news. Not my vibe but some people like it. Seemed a little weird especially for it being the only tv in there and usually nail salons are female dominated and golf is more of a male sport but that's just my 2 cents. Just wished for more diversity in entertainment options. Also I was never offered water/soda and the website said they offer complimentary drinks.

Took my daughter there who loves her nails done and likes them done well . They had some man who smells like cigs do her nails .. she walked out looking like she did them herself and she is almost 6 . Seriously not worth 16 dollars . Really really bad job we even showed a picture of how she wanted it and he made it looked horrible . My daughter came home and put a sticker on the “ design” part because that’s how much she really did not like it . To even charge for that is insane . Won’t be going there again .

We had A pleasant and relaxing fun time having a mani/pedi. All the staff are great.
Cleanliness: It has a clean and pleasant atmosphere.
Stylist: All the stylist we had were wonderful! Pleasant, friendly, and skilled at their jobs. Thank you, Kim, Cindy, Amy and Tammy.

Oh my God! AMAZING deluxe pedicure! I discovered this place because they were the only salon (near me) that was open. They did EVERYTHING any other salon has done as the "deluxe" package, and put it all together and juiced it up!! Literally! I will go back, even though it's not near my house! ???????
HUGE salon, if I had the funds I do believe I could come out nearly a new woman! They seem to do it all

Horrible experience! Will not be going back! After going to Top Nails off & on over the years, this was my last. I spent almost three hours there and left with wax all over my legs from the pedicure and a dip manicure that I had to request another person to complete and fix. Then to top it all off they charged me way more money than I’ve ever paid for both services. Would not recommend!

I had a scheduled pedicure today, upgraded to the $57 dollar treatment. The lady was working on my feet before I was even sitting comfortably in the chair. I was not allowed anytime for my feet to soak, I was not offered any beverages (others were offered pop and beer). She did my pedicure very fast and was rough. Did not ask if I liked it. My big toe nail was cut uneven. She completed in about 25 minutes. For $60+tip I feel like the pedicure should have been a little longer and she needed to take her time. It felt very rushed and evasive. Not enjoyable.
