Tom’s West did a great job. I found a vehicle online and they were very easy to work with. I was able to come down and test drive and inspect the vehicle. They quickly checked out my trade in and offered me a fair price. They were able to process all paperwork and had me in and out very quickly. My daughter is thrilled with her new truck.

Terrible customer service. All they do is lie. Never got a spare key or fobs. Truck has been in the shop for 2 weeks. Thanks for screwing over my 17 year old son. Do not buy anything from Tom's.

Tom's West went above and beyond with my families most recent vehicle purchase. We had an issue and they were there to make it right. Rich was awesome in making sure we were taken care of and Andrew was a great rep to work with and then Todd was a big help with the financial side. I would highly recommend this lot to anyone looking for a used vehicle. I will definitely be a returning customer for the years to come! They were very inviting and accommodating. I know their goal is to sell a car, but they were very open about the process, the vehicle, etc. They allowed me to take it for a few hours before I bought it to take it to a mechanic before I decided. After I purchased and the price sticker was removed from the car, I noticed a crack in the windshield. They gave me the number of someone who is going to get it fixed for me.
I appreciate the ease of buying with them. Thank you guys.

My fiancé and I worked with the representative Collan - right off the jump we liked him. He has a mellow, laid back, no pressure type of vibe that immediately settles the ptsd salesman vibe we've experienced just about everywhere else. We love our Escalade purchase and without Collan's help in finding a lender, warranty info and all the other elements, we couldn't have made it happen!
