Todd NEVER answers. Over the last 6 months I have made 30+ phone callls with no response. Not only that, but he is never at his office either. All calls and visits made during business hours. It's like he's scared of customer contact.

I would give zero stars if possible. I'm guessing the positive reviews are from his friends because in the two years he has been my agent, I have never met him and he hasn't returned a single phone call or email. After a recent issue and having ZERO response from ****, I am canceling my policies with him. If you like good customer service, go elsewhere. You won't find it here.

If I could give them no stars I would. This is absolutely the worst insurance agent in all of Iowa in my opinion. My husband has probably called Atleast 10 to 15 times during "business hours" and yet no one picks up. We leave a voicemail and they get back to us the following day or later during the week. Our vehicle has been at the shop 8 months now due to delay in parts coming from Germany but they have yet to make anything easy. At the beginning when we took it to the shop we were the ones having to call them to get things going and had to act like the mediator between the auto shop and the insurance as if we were working for the insurance. A total headache.We had to call corporate to get a answer from them about what is going on because they told us it'd be done this week. Corporate even tried to reach out and they had no luck so they connected us with a agent out in Cedar Rapids who was so professional and spoke to the shop to get everything done today so now looking forward to next week. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN AGENT! We have both auto and homeowners insurance through them and that was a big mistake. If you are looking for a agent who communicates in a timely and efficient manner this is definitely not the place. Will definitely be switching insurance companies because of this experience.

Todd will email me back, but that's a generous way to put it. The emails are never more than a sentence long, often don't address any questions I asked, and are frankly unhelpful due to how brief they are. It genuinely feels like he does not care. Starting the search for a new agent (or company) now.

This is the worst agent. Anytime I call regarding my policy, this office NEVER answers. You can try calling different times of the day, it doesn't matter. Leave a voicemail, good luck! They won't return your call/message. You call the 1-800 number and it will redirect you to Todd's office- with no answer! Pretty bad when I have to call a different local agent just to get answers on the policy Todd/his staff should be managing.

I can never get a hold of Todd. I always end up talking to Brandon. I have left 2 messages in the last two weeks and no call back. Can’t even get a response from Brandon this time. Just trying to make updates to my policy. Longtime customer ready to leave Allstate or find another Allstate agent. Looks like I’m not the only one. Have a friend at work with the same problem. I was complaining and we found we had the same agent and the same problem... wow. Pretty sad...

I received a notice of non-renewal due to the following reason, the roof of your dwelling has granular loss. I have never had claim on my homeowners insurance the 20+ years I have been with Allstate.Not good hands,
