“I purchased wheels and tires. Discount Tire failed to inform me the wheels have specific lugnuts that require a key, they also failed to provide me with the lugnut key, leaving me stranded with no way of changing a flat tire. Terrible experience caused by total negligence by Discount Tire.
I updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars because Jacob did everything possible to make the situation right. I will continue to be a customer based on how they corrected the situation.”

“Fast, friendly, helpful, & professional staff at this Firestone location, unlike the 22nd Street WDM location. My last visit for four new tires at the 22nd St location was crazy! While I waited for my tires to be put on, the employee behind the counter, seemed & sounded to me, to be having a marriage counseling session, on Firestones dollars, with two females that came in obviously to speak with him, & not for any business related reasons. Needless to say, I will only go where the Firestone employees are there to do "their job", & not to get paid to utilize their employers business for their personal counseling sessions.”
“Contacted my local Firestone business immediately via website for an appointment after I developed a leak in one of my tires knowing I needed an immediate repair. Blake showed me the sidewall damage and gave me an estimate to replace the tire. Knowing we have 51,000 miles on original tires we opted to take advantage of a sale and purchased four new tires. We’re very happy with Blake’s customer service and the Firestone brand tires we purchased. I would recommend this Firestone location and their team for all types of automotive repairs and replacement of tires.”
