Our realtor suggested the Osby Team to us when buying our first home. They were were amazing. We were able to close on our home a week earlier than expected. Tyler helped us get our loan under budget, while keeping our monthly payment where we wanted. They were also able to do this with a conventional loan, so we wouldn't have to pay off an FHA loan in the future! The team updates you every step of the way, showing you what to expect. Every week you also get an email updating you on progress made and what needs done next. The Osby Team made home buying far less stressful than I expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a home.

Tyler and his team were super great to work with. They were in constant communication about the entire loan process and sent us helpful reminders when there was something that I needed to do or complete on my end. They were available pretty much 24/7 to answer any questions I had and never made me feel silly for asking certain things. They were able to help us close on our house really quick after our offer was accepted and if I ever need to go through the home loan process again I will definitely be contacting them.

Unwilling to compete and work for your business. Tyler if you are “getting too old for this” as to work for my business, find a new profession. In a market like this, you need to compete to earn that business and you clearly are unwilling to do so.

We found the Tyler Osby Team at Fairway Independent Mortgage online when searching for a company with great reviews. We were looking to buy our first home and we are so thankful we stumbled across this team.
Everyone we worked with was so tremendously helpful and nice. They always had such quick responses and seemed to always be available, no matter what time, to answer our many questions.
They went above and beyond for us and were so informative. They made sure to keep us up to date with the process and always let us know what to expect next.

Tyler and his entire team were incredible to work with. From day one they went above and beyond to stay in touch with us and explain every detail. We had looked at local lenders and not a single one kept in communication as well as Fairway Independent Mortgage. My husband and I both work in the service industry with very demanding hours. Tyler and the team worked around all of our needs and schedules and made the whole process smooth and seamless. The most amazing factor is that we purchased our home having never met our lender in person. Because of our schedules and the distance between us and Fairway’s home office (two hour drive), we went through the entire process communicating via email and phone. Not once did I have any concerns about the service Tyler and his team provided. Ps: the cookies and wine gifts were so thoughtful and a great personal touch. At closing, every single person in the room from selling agent, to our realtor, and the notary had nothing but fantastic things to say about working with Fairway Independent Mortgage.

Tyler is awesome. I was inquiring about potentially taking out a HELOC. Tyler and I talked on the phone for awhile—he was very easy to talk to, so kind, and of course knowledgeable. He ended up giving me contact information of someone else he highly trusted to be able to help my family and me. I will 100% be using Tyler’s services in the future when we purchase a new home a few years down the road, but for now I’m so appreciative of his kindness and great advice.

Here is why.
They are personal, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They put you and your needs first and get you the best morgage avaliable in Iowa. They are easy to get ahold of and are high end communicators. Their slogan to close on time and under budget holds true to their nature and actions.
