Clean, well maintained location. But buildings were very close together. It was difficult to maneuver around buildings pulling an enclosed trailer.

Not happy with this new ownership. On Sat. Sept. 8, 2024. My husband Warnell Ziegler & I came to access our unit & found it double locked. Double locked units are due to non payment/past due. We have never been past due paying Just Storage. I was extremely disappointed when we walked around to the office & it was closed with a closed sign on the door. The time was 4:45 p.m. The hours of operation clearly states 9:30 to 5:00 on Saturday. We then called their number hoping someone would answer the phone. Of course we reached the call center. And to add insult to injury the gentleman stated we was going to look into it placed us on hold & then abruptly hung up on us. We tried calling back & of course no answer. Last week my husband received an email from Just Storage that our unit would increase from $69 a month to $150 a month starting in October. That is an $81 increase since we got from renting this unit in January 2024. Their reason was due to an operational cost. This is no way to treat on time paying customer. Find another storage unit. We do not recommend renting from this storage unit under this new management team/owner.
