Happy to charge your insurance but took months to actually have size of lymphedema compression bras I needed. Several friends family members have had same experience. Very disappointed.

I've got a lot of flab hanging under my arms. she fitted me with a bar that the flab is not hanging over and you can't see it the flab through my blouse. I feel great and beautiful ?

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff here. I'll sum it up: when we left my mother in law was the happiest I've seen her (I've known her for over 20 yrs). The staff at Stacey's are angels in disguise.

Recently visited Stacey’s in search of a comfortable bra after my single mastectomy. Gabriella was so kind and helpful. I left feeling like myself in a very comfortable bra with a breast form that fit perfectly. They really know what they are doing. I will go back. Thank you.

Been going here for years, even before they branched out from the prom wear store. The only place in the entire state of Iowa that I can get sized and properly fitted. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

Stacey's Bridal was by far the most stressful aspect of my wedding. The store has come under new ownership in the last few months, and not for the better. Cassie is completely over her head, and lacks the soft skills she needs to run a business. All she thinks about is how to make the most money possible, and doesn't consider what is best for the bride/prom attendee. She didn't let me try on a dress because "I can't afford it. Sorry. just being honest". pressured me into buying a dress I didn't love that was twice my budget, and when I told her I didn't want to buy today because I had another appointment elsewhere, she told me I wouldn't be able to afford their dresses, so I should just buy from her. This is not the place for the budget-consious bride, or anyone who regardless of budget prioritzes customer service. I am not immune to the fact that the point of a business is to make money, but it should be passively by word of mouth after treating your customers with respect, and not through manipulating women into thinking you're their only option, conning them out of their money, then slapping them with a zero return policy on the way out. Saving grace: The small amount of staff she had inherited from the old owner were all very kind, but I wouldn't expect them to stick around; I know I wouldn't.
