Just a quick thank you to Eric for his help. Although I made a small purchase Eric did a load of research and suggested a perfect light fixture replacement. I was treated as if I was buying fixtures for my whole house.

I was having trouble finding a wall sconce/light that would work in a short hallway. There were a few I liked in the store, but I really wanted one with a pull chain, and none of the ones I liked could be converted. I had just about given up when I got a message from Davalyn stating she had shared my dilemma with the team and they actually found me the perfect light! I ordered it and am very pleased. She went above and beyond.

They have a lot of stuff on the website that they don't carry in the store. This is not normally a big deal with stores, but when you have 12 different versions of the same flush mount light in different sizes on display, but completely lack any version of others, it might be time to reconsider the layout of the store.On top of this, we have found several lights on their website that are $400-500, but the exact se light at a hardware store or on Amazon is about $70. Recommended only for finding the type of light you want, but if you can find that light anywhere else, you'll pay 1/5 the cost for the se thing.
