This is crazy --so I made a complaint about Regions and their shameless use of Harland Clarke as their check provider--so Regions called me at 7:30 at night and left a message 4 days ago -i responded advising them to call me back during my business hours and still no response --in the mean time no response and no refund despite Harland Clark's promise of a 5 day refund and Regions promise of a 1day response --again shame on Regions for working with Harland Clarke and double shame on them for claiming customer service when they obviously have none!!

I have only a mortgage loan with Regions Bank. I'm stuck with them since the purchased my loan from the original lender in recent years. The service has been terrible. The only time I need to go to a branch is for insurance claims paid on my property. Now I am trying to get them to endorse a check for a new roof due to hail damage. It's taking a ridiculous amount of time to get this check endorsed. I owe $97,000 on a $350,000 house!!! I have already given the roofer a $1000 downpayment on the services. I have NEVER been late on a payment and have always paid extra in my monthly payments. This type of customer service is NOT acceptable. Avoid this bank at all costs!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE YOUNGER BLOND WOMAN THAT WORKS THE COUNTER PART TIME AT THE URBANDALE BRANCH!.....NOW FOR THE REST OF THIS ‘ONLY ONE BRANCH IN DSM AREA' BANK....OMG!!! ONE OF THE WORST BANKS IVE EVER BEEN A CUSTOMER OF. 1. U WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CALL YOUR LOCAL BRANCH. 2. U WILL WAIT AT LEAST 10-15 min TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AT THE ‘CALL CENTER'. (Thats after having to trick the automated voice and pushing several buttons first). 3. THERE ARE RIDICULOUS FEES AND RULES THAT IMPEDE WHATEVER UR TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH. 3. THE SMALL AMOUNT OF STAFF SEEMS TO TRY VERY HARD TO FIND A REASON WHY U CANT ACCOMPLISH WHATEVER IT IS UR TRYIN TO DO. 4. ITS SIMPLE REALLY...FIND A CREDIT UNION AND SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND ANGER THIS BANK WILL PUT U THRU! 5. THANK U.
