We are now 3 weeks without a working dryer and no hot water to our washing machine. I have only been in this house since November and I am starting to regret that decision. No one seems to have competence to fix appliances and the people they contract with, are AWFUL! I now have ripped clothing caught in the drum of the dryer after the contractor supposed fixed the dryer. What a freaking joke!

**Edit - the new head of maintenance has been working to help me with the issues mentioned below and I'm hopeful. Updating to 3 stars while I wait to find out what will happen with my fridge, stove, and washer.I am extremely frustrated with RPM in relation to maintenance requests. Every time I submit a maintenance request, it takes a significant amount of time for anyone to come check it out. I have currently been without the ability to shower in my bathroom because they had to "get permission from the owner of the home" before they are able to fix a basic necessity. My oven is still broken, taking sometimes 3x the amount of time something would take to cook, and heating up very slowly. I submitted a maintenance request for this a while back, but it took them over a month to come out and fix it, so I just haven't submitted again because I know what will happen. I'd also like to point out that when I reached out to them after a month to complain about my oven not being fixed the first time, the representative told me to "just use my microwave".....There's also been a leak in my basement for the last couple of months. I also submitted a request about that, but it mysteriously got deleted and no one ever came to check it out. So I've just been positioning that hose over the drainage pipe in my basement and paying extra in my water bill. The water leakage has also degraded the jimmy-rigged wooden lift that they placed the washer on top of. So now, when I wash my clothes, it sounds like my house is under machine gun fire with how loud the washer is due to it being uneven.RPM makes quarterly inspections of my rental home, which means they are in my rental home four times a year to "check" on things, but they can't make time for maintenance requests?I honestly feel like I am left alone when it comes to maintenance, just as a homeowner would be. I've had to learn how to fix my own garbage disposal, am working on figuring out how to make my washer even again, and I'm just dealing with a broken oven and leak in the basement...... This is absolutely unacceptable with how much we pay them in rent per month.

I have only lived in one complex owned by RPM, but I’d assume the quality is more dictated by location than handler. I have had good experiences.

We just had maintenance come and help us with a few things in our new home. We were happy to receive Big Mike as our worker. He did a great job and he got the job done in a short amount of time. In the future we will be requesting Big Mike to help us further with any of our home needs. Thank you :)

I have high reviews for Jacob and Angela with RPM! they have been quick to respond to my calls and any concerns I have. I was off to a rough start with RPM and their new maintenance system butJacob has helped ease concerns regarding maintenance issues and seem very efficient. Mike came out and fixed my furnace that wasn’t running within the hour of me submitting my request. He was prompt and explained the issue well. He had my furnace up and running in no time. 5/5 stars.

They didn't even call to tell me if I was approved of not. They just took my money and never heard from them. I told the office man that I had a cosigner because my last 2 checks were short due to covid and I even sent over a positive covid test. And what do u know They took my $50 and I NEVER heard from them again. No denial nothing!!!
