I brought my car in for a stereo replacement and their was a little damage done. I talked to the service tech and he was very professional and c9nnected me with the service manager. I just spoke to him and he did not question me and has set a time up to get it fixed. I'm very pleased with how I was treated. It's too bad it happened...but they took ownership of the situation. You are in good hands here. Thank you guys!

We just picked up our fourth Outback - and we love it. All have been from Ramsey and all have been from Paul Moser. Can't recommend all of the above highly enough.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the service we were provided. Given this was a bit of an emergency since we were 250 miles into our 8+ hour road trip when the issue occurred, we were panicking. Pat Klinefelter was the calm during the storm and made our issue a priority. Pat was very professional and understanding, making us feel like we were in good hands. I wish I knew the Technician's name to give him/her props as well. I shared the diagnosis with the Forester Facebook group in the event it may help others. There were several who commented on how thorough the findings were.

Service of my vehicle was done quickly and the waiting room was very comfortable. I was notified when vehicle was ready and checkout was quick and efficient. That is why I continue to take my vehicle back to Ramsey for service.

I was on the market for any car that could hall some equipment for the sport I coach. I had known people with Subarus that had good space and would be decent so we contacted Subaru Ramsey. Justice reached out to me and our search began and wow was he awesome. He was very honest and upfront about all the cars we checked out and he would go above and beyond for us. He was also hilarious! My dad bonded really well with him and it felt like I was buying a car for my own brother. As we kept looking with no luck, a 2018 Toyota Camry was on the lot and Justice had pointed it out and let me test drive. We had talked a lot about what I wanted and this was it. As soon as I drove the car I knew it was perfect. Justice was amazing throughout this long process and did everything he could to help us get this car and I could not be more thankful. On top of that, the whole staff was wonderful. While we were grabbing coffee at their coffee machines multiple staff started talking with us. Overall, Subaru Ramsey is a great place to buy from! I highly recommend them and Justice!
