The older woman who works there should be let go. Reading through reviews I see she is equally disrespectful to other patients. My wife asked me to come back with her on our first visit. Which she gave us attitude and rude remarks for.Today my wife went alone. The first thing the older woman said was “no body guard today”?Which my wife responded that they’ve been tout in bad situations via medical staff and preferred someone also being present. She should not be allowed to practice if that is the way she treats her patients.

I went in for my drug screening test appointment that I had scheduled told the lady that I needed to have it done by the time that I had scheduled for and I was there early and the lady made me wait longer than the time my appointment was scheduled for and she was being really rude to me so my time expired because of her I do not recommend going to this place ?

I came to Quest to complete a blood test for a chronic health condition. The nurse helping me was very passive aggressive and treated me as if I were bothering her by just being there the whole experience. It’s hard enough having health issues, and being treated this way makes it so much worse. I will not be coming back to this business. I don’t want this old lady losing her job because clearly she needs it, no one should be working at her age. However, someone really needs to talk to her about how to treat patients kindly and professionally moving forward.

The reviews of this place had me a little nervous coming here, but I was genuinely pleased with my experience. You just sign in at the electronic kiosk, no need to talk to anyone, and a minute or two later (even though I was a walk-in), I was called back to do a quick blood and urine sample. The woman working was very friendly and made small talk with me while preparing to draw my blood, and did her best to help me feel relaxed during the process, even though I really wasn't nervous about it. The urine sample was also quick and easy. I gave the cup to her when I was done, and she sent me on my way!

If you schedule an appointment online this is an amazing place. My 14 month old needed blood work and we had just moved to Iowa. The reviews made me nervous but we didn't have any other options. I'm so glad we ended up here. The two individuals (Tomi and I can't remember?♀️) taking blood were knowledgeable and helpful. They understood what it takes to get a toddler's blood work done and didn't hesitate to work as a team (because toddlers take a parent and two others to be successful). Before moving here we had been to some labs that would attempt to get blood and miss. We even went through one period of time where three different pediatric labs couldn't get his blood work done. If you have challenging veins or toddlers I would highly recommend here.

I was really anxious after reading the reviews but I had an entirely different experience. My doctor sent me here to get blood drawn & upon arrival I was brought back within a minute. I have a massive fear of needles & have passed out on multiple occasions but the lady that was going to be drawing my blood (wish I could remember her name) was super reassuring & walked me through everything. In hopes that I wouldn’t passout, she let me lay down in the recliner. I felt very comfortable & as calm as can be expected. She asked me how I was doing multiple times & told me that there was no rush for me to get up. Overall great experience & I hope if I ever go back that I get that same lady.

Wow! Just wow! How can people be so rude. You can give instructions to people without being so incredibly rude. I will look for a new place to get testing done. It’s not worth being treated so poorly.

Had an appointment at 11:10. I checked in at 11. I didn’t get a call to get my labs done until 40 minutes later. I had to leave to go back to work because they obviously don’t care about appointment times.

I just had two days of labs from Quest (at my request to split up numerous blood draws). Each staff member I met with was exceedingly helpful, courteous, and professional. I have tricky veins (they roll, they're small, and hard to find) and both draws were very easy with no extra pokes. They also knew how to take care of specialized testing which needed unique care for the tests to be accurate - so they were knowledgeable and informed.I would recommend this lab.

As far as outpatient labs from a stand alone office goes I couldn't ask for too much more. Maxine was courteous and helpful with the whole process.

I visited this clinic earlier this week and was treated by Diane. If I had to guess based on earlier posts, I'd say she's the short, angry woman everyone has problems with. I arrived at the clinic and was told that they would not perform the urine test unless I put on a mask. I tried to explain that I couldn't for medical reasons, but I was told to put on a mask or leave. I did, because my job depends on this test. Throughout the whole process, Diane did not change her gloves or wash her hands once. She touched doorknobs, a computer keyboard and mouse, drawers, and my urine sample. Gloves are not a replacement for hand washing. When they are contaminated, you are supposed to remove gloves, wash hands, and replace gloves. How am I supposed to trust that she put on new gloves before she came to get me? How many blood draws and urine samples had she done with those gloves? But what was important to her was that I jeopardized my health to put on an ineffective mask to protect against a virus that has a 99.9% survival rate. I won't be back, but I hope cleanliness improves for the sake of future patients.

Came for a routine urinalysis for nursing school and was taken aback by the hostility and awful attitude from the short-haired older nurse that met me. She was rude, shouted, and was brash when I was having issues finding the barcode she needed. Some people definitely shouldn’t work with people, and she’s one of them.
