Very disappointed with them. Because of my insurance I have had to go to them since January 2021, there has been an issue at each visit, the first visit Brandy couldn't find a vein, even after 3 attempts (I've never had that issue), Cordie has usually helped me since then, she's always been able to find a vein, but something with their device at the end if the IV, blood goes everywhere, not sure if they were trying to cut corners or what, but definitely not Cordie's fault. Then today, Ann couldn't find a vein after 2 attempts, then just let me go instead of trying to find a solution. Just don't feel like they are very competent in their field, like they should be, I have had MS for 11 years and never had a problem with the nurses finding a vein. I called and spoke to the manager Alex, she was great and tried to find a solution, but with Brandy, which wasn't really a solution. It is a nice facility, cleanliness and able to just relax, but I feel they need to go through some more training with their staff. I'm trying to go somewhere else, I would rather not take any meds if my only option is to go there. They need to do something, hopefully they do soon because they all are really nice people.
