Never thought I’d be doing ‘group fitness’ classes, but two years in and I still look forward to it every day. NLXF has been a place I can call home. The people, the workouts, the atmosphere it all fits. I can’t find anything else that compares to this. I feel at ease with the trainers and can feel comfortable telling them when I need help and don’t feel judged when they are helping me.
