Really appreciated the excellent, knowledgeable presentation. We went in not convinced that investing in a new bed was worth it. But we are now confident that a great mattress and adjustable base are going to improve our lives. Nate, the sales consultant was great.

The delivery team was excellent. They were both very friendly and efficient. They were in and out within 15 minutes, setting up our new bed and hauling away the old one. We had one small issue (missing a pillow) but they worked quickly to get it corrected. They made sure all our questions were answered before leaving. I was very happy with the service we received.

This is my second mattress purchase from Midwest Mattress in one year. Extremely happy with the entire process. From choosing the right bed (so many great options) to delivery and install. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable. Great prices, too. Highly recommend them.
