Working with Mark made my first home purchase a breeze! Mark is an exceptional communicator and made it a priority to ensure that I understood the numerous pages of paperwork associated with the purchase/loan. He responds quickly to emails, texts, etc. and is a knowledgeable resource for questions throughout the buying experience and after! I can't thank Mark enough and would recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.

Midwest Family Lending provided excellent service and assistance with my mortgage, esp Kyle Guldenpfennig who truly went above and beyond my expectations. He is personable, professional, very knowledgeable and made the whole process of obtaining a mortgage and buying a house go smoothly. If I could give Jason P. 10 stars I would. He was nothing but over the top helpful from Day 1 to closing, to after closing, to even actually help move and install outlet covers. I have to say I met with Mike D. at first and he was extremely helpful getting me in contact with Jason. They both are 10 out of 10. Actually everyone I have had contact with Midwest Family Lending is great, I would take them all and put on my team if I could. I can't say enough about Jason, Mike, all employees at MFL, we can't thank you enough for your professionalism and efforts to help this transition as easy as possible. I can guarantee one thing. Sara is the best! She makes the whole mortgage lending process so easy. She is very good at communicating every step of the way and makes sure that you fully understand each step in the process and is easily accessible and available.
