After another company we had appointments with had no one show up to work that day, we found this location and decided to see if we could get walk-in appointments. My wife and I were able to get in as walk-ins and have our visit completed in less time than we spent waiting at the other place. Service was fast and friendly.

Friendly, efficient and accommodating. I came over as a walk-in for TSA pre-check because the Euclid office was closed and no one notified people who had appointments scheduled.
